SenseAI is early VC firm that aimed to launch a Investor event in Delhi to expand their investor portfolios. The objective was to launch the event focused on Investors and get at least 150+ participation from the event



Pre-Launch

  • Employee Engagement: Strategize content and communication to engage employees for the event

  • F&B Arrangements: For approximately 150+ attendees in a 5 star hotel


Launch

  • Press Conference: Organized with translations in regional languages.

  • On-ground Support: Provided logistical and operational support.

  • Media Presence: Hosted 25+ media outlets

  • Event support: Manage F&B for 250+ attendees

  • Engagement: Engaged with investors.



Post-Launch

  • Press Release Distribution: Shared detailed press releases to maximize coverage.

  • Coverage Report: Compiled a comprehensive report highlighting media reach and engagement metrics.
